Villas At Regal Palms Resort & Spa Davenport, Davenport

Our stay had its highs and lows. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, just a short drive to Disney, and the pool area is large with tons of activities. However, the service at the bar and pool area left a lot to be desired, and the condition of the rooms was hit or miss depending on the unit.

We had a decent stay, but the cleanliness of our townhouse was a huge letdown. The location is really convenient for accessing theme parks, and the pool area is enjoyable, but we faced multiple issues with housekeeping and maintenance that detracted from our experience. The overall value felt compromised due to the room conditions and service problems.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. On one hand, the units are spacious and relatively clean, with plenty of linens available. On the other hand, the property is a bit outdated and could use some repairs. The one pool area was nice but quite crowded, and I found the overall service to be lacking when I encountered issues. There are definitely better options available in the area.

Our stay at Regal Palms Villas was memorable, with a spacious and mostly updated four-bedroom villa that was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the lovely pool that was never crowded. However, we were quite alarmed when a contractor entered our villa without notice, and the safe was unreliable. Despite these issues, we would consider staying here again due to the overall positive experience.
